1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and par999 ("par999", "We", "Us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the par999 website accessible at par999.org, including all sub-pages, services, betting products, casino games, promotional offers, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the registration process, accessing your par999 account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the par999 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the par999 platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read together with par999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and par999. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a par999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. par999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are registering voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of par999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not self-excluded from par999 or under an active cooling-off period initiated through your account settings.
• Your use of the par999 platform does not violate any law applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold one and only one account with par999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. par999 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, par999 may:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts;
• Void all pending bets placed from any of the duplicate accounts;
• Withhold all bonus funds credited to any of the duplicate accounts;
• In cases of deliberate fraud, withhold all deposited funds pending investigation.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your par999 account. par999 will treat all actions taken using your login credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify par999 support immediately at [email protected].

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the par999 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

par999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and USDT/Cryptocurrency. par999 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

All deposits are credited to your par999 account balance in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate where a currency conversion is required. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. par999 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one to three business days to appear in your account balance, depending on the processing time of the originating bank.
• USDT and cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.

par999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the deposit being reversed or the account being suspended pending further review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the withdrawal section of your par999 account. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. par999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have met their applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-related portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• par999 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable compliance review.
• par999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis. These limits are displayed within your account settings.

par999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that appear unusual relative to the member's normal account activity. Such checks may extend processing times. par999 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected member via the registered contact details.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on par999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting rules applicable across all markets on par999 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. par999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where permitted by the specific in-play cash-out feature where available.
• par999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at par999's discretion, particularly during delays in receiving live data from the relevant event. Bets submitted during a suspended market period will not be accepted.
• For cricket markets, par999 follows standard cricket betting rules. If a match is abandoned, reduced, or subject to the DLS method, settlement will be determined in accordance with par999's published cricket betting rules at the time the market was opened.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets is subject to par999's published maximum win limits, which vary by sport and market type.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

par999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion documentation states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your par999 account balance as bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only funds remaining in your real-money balance after wagering requirements have been fully met are eligible for withdrawal.
• par999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable. Promotions already active in a member's account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. par999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably determines that a member is exploiting promotional offers, engaging in arbitrage, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in all bonus funds being voided and the accounts being subject to disciplinary action.

8. Responsible Gaming

par999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire member base in Pakistan and globally. par999 acknowledges that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides a range of tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all par999 members at no charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when raised.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout reminders.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting activity for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your par999 account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

par999 strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to maintain an account or participate in any real-money activity on the platform. Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings or contact par999 support for assistance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the par999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the par999 platform, including its odds-setting systems, RNG outcomes, or payment infrastructure;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity in connection with any sporting event offered on par999;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the par999 platform in a non-human manner without express written authorisation from par999;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies between par999 and other operators in a systematic manner;
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in any of the above prohibited activities;
• Attempting to launder funds through the par999 platform or using par999 deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the par999 platform — including but not limited to the par999 name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of par999 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the par999 platform for personal recreational betting purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any par999 content for commercial purposes;
• Scraping or extracting odds data, content, or any other data from the par999 platform by automated means;
• Creating derivative works based on any par999 intellectual property without prior written consent;
• Using the par999 name, logo, or brand marks in any context that implies an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with par999 without express written approval.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, par999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures that prevent access to the platform during live events;
• Errors in odds or market data caused by third-party data providers;
• Losses resulting from a member's own betting decisions;
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to maintain secure login credentials;
• Any loss of opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated profit arising from any cause.

par999's total aggregate liability to any member for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member to their par999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

par999 collects, processes, and stores member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept par999's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Key points include:

• par999 collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance.
• Member data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.
• par999 implements industry-standard security measures to protect member data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

13. Amendments to These Terms

par999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, par999 will provide notice to members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform at login. Continued use of the par999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

It is the responsibility of each member to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact par999 support to arrange account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which par999's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through par999's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

par999 operates a formal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your par999 experience, you should first contact the par999 support team in writing, providing full details of your complaint. par999 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days of receipt.
